Jonathan O'Loughlin founded O'Loughlin Westhoff in 2017, a boutique disputes and advice practice. Jonathan has a particular interest in disputes involving government agencies (such as the Tax Office and ASIC), having acted on both sides of the fence in many high profile investigations and disputes.

Jonathan holds Bachelor of Medical Science, Juris Doctor and Masters of Law (Taxation) degrees as well as being a Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia.

 

Jonathan's other passions include ultra marathon running, having performed at the top level for many years - including representing Australia at the World Championships in 2016.
